February 2010 Newsletter: Introduction
Welcome to the first of our new look newsletters. Many changes at Spirit Pathways have been in the pipeline for the past year and towards the end of 2009 a sudden shift occurred and some exciting projects where birthed. With the help of my good friend Johan, we have created a sister website Spirit Pathways Foundation .
We will be offering lots more information, articles and messages, as well as different advertising- , subscription options and a recommended listing directory for your business or practice. Please take a look at the Spirit Pathways Foundation website to view all the different options and to register as a membership, even a free member if you want.
The Spirit Pathways Foundation is a project that was gifted to me in vision nearly two years ago and has taken nearly that long to integrate and implement. There are many different aspects to the Spirit Pathways Foundation and as we grow and develop the Foundation we will offer different services and opportunities. The purpose of the Foundation is to create and build a network of people, organisations and businesses that focus on healing, growth, development, change and evolution.
In this the last ‘free’ newsletter you will find our Energy Report, which will be a free article sent out each month; a channelled article for February; an article giving my personal opinions and views on our evolution; an article by Johan on his views and opinions and a question and answer section, with questions drawn from the channelled article giving a different perspective. Energy Report – February 2010

It is February already and I feel that my new year is only beginning. January passed in a blur of organising, rearranging and children’s stuff. I can honestly say I missed a few days. What with the increasing need for deep sleep after periods of sleeplessness and the feelings of floating above this world, the demands of the physical world and little children, time seems to have blurred!
2010 began with a two important astrological and energetic occurrences, the energy of which will flow throughout this entire year. We had a Blue Moon Lunar Eclipse on the 31st December 2009 initiating the collapse of many blockages, which will ultimately give us the freedom we require to express our innate Divine creative qualities and to take the necessary responsibility for our choices and actions.
The second important event in January 2010 was the New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 15th. New Moons herald a time of endings and new beginnings. This new beginning is amplified by the powerful energy of the eclipse, which signifies a union of the Spirit and Physical realities. With such a powerful start to 2010 it is important that we are clear and direct in our thoughts, intentions and actions, for what we do this year will dictate what we experience in our future.
January 2010 ended with the biggest Full Moon of the year in Leo on the 30th and February 2010 will end with another Full Moon in Leo on the 28th February 2010. Our unconscious complexes, senses, feelings and intuition are all deeply connected to the cycles of the Moon. The Moon in Leo re-establishes a connection to our inner Self and awakens the impulse to rediscover our destiny and to express our unique purpose by shining our light, sharing our love and living our truth.
The Full Moon on January 30th comes after the reclusive energy of the Dec/Jan eclipses and brings with it the urge to re-emerge and release our potential for the future. With the light of this Full Moon guiding us into February our creative gifts shall come to light to be shared with the collective.
February 2010 will begin and close with the highly charged energy of a Leo Moon. Leo Full Moon awakens the desire for freedom, expression and creativity. As we move through our evolutionary processes and free ourselves from the burden of our karma, we shall rediscover who we and develop and grow the unique gifts of our Spirit. The energy February will support our dreams and reawaken our belief that all things are possible.
The Leo/Aquarius combination brings with it the energy of transformation and the ability for us to shine our personal light with more confidence thus enabling us to merge our dreams with that of the collective. By utilising the energy of the January Full Moon to find ways of self-expression that are in alignment with the Divine plan we can cultivate and explore ways of dedicating time and effort to the upliftment of all life.
The time between the January Full Moon and the New Moon in February asks us to find answers to personal questions relating to our purpose and our healing as individuals and a collective. We are being asked to dig deeply and discover ways of being that will support our existence, without the threat of destroying our environment. What is your specific purpose and what are you able to do in your own unique way to uplift, heal and evolve our world? What can you, the individual, do to alleviate the destruction of our Earth?
The Sun in Aquarius urges us to pay attention to what is happening right now within the collective consciousness. The earthquake in Haiti on January 12th created a ripple affect throughout the collective consciousness bringing, again, an awareness of the connectedness and sacredness of all life. As the people of Haiti struggle under horrific conditions the hearts and pockets of many have opened and we have, once again, been gifted with a global moment where the heart of humanity has opened and our hearts and minds are united as one.
As we experience the energy of January and February 2010 the heart of humanity and the collective unconscious will merge, the purpose of which is to awaken the Spiritual truths of our humanity. As these truths come to light questions of unity, peace and love and our individual purpose in the great Divine plan will be asked, creating a crisis in consciousness that will shift our perception and we will recognise that we are all connected in this human life together. As we release the old limiting structures and patterns of the past and develop our new beliefs and foundations, we are required to take into account that our choices, decisions and actions will affect the whole of humanity.
We have the New Moon in Aquarius on the 13th 14th February 2010. New Moons indicate a new start and a time of quite to commune with our Spirit. With the Moon in Aquarius our dreams and visions are seen as an aspect of the greater whole. The concept of ‘what you think you create’ is greatly highlighted during this New Moon phase and we are encouraged in during this New Moon to consciously work with our thoughts to affect change and transformation.
We are deeply connected to our Earth Mother and it is clear that major changes are needed in our world if we are to continue our existence on this planet. Aquarius energy carries cosmic information and lends us the ability to transcend our current reality and venture into the unlimited potentials of our future. This New Moon in February gives us the opportunity to focus our mind and envision our future, our original and creative thinking can be used to find ways to actively and substantially lessen the destruction of our Planet.
How can you turn things around? What can you do to create paradise?
We end February on the 28th with another Full Moon in Leo again giving us the opportunity to create our vision and to express our truth in original, intuitive and creative ways in the outer world.

Acts of great beauty occur when we are able to access a place of love and gratitude and our ability to experience harmony and balance are amplified while in this state of grace.
